Last Friday we went up in the hills and shot clay pidgions. I have not been shooting for a long time, and I don't think that our kids have ever been. Aside from freezing it was a lot of fun. Trevor and Alissa came with us and they brought the J. Thalman boys with them. It was so cute to see all three of them walk up each carrying their own gun. Fun was had by all. The guys did a great job of actually hitting the clay pidgions. As for me I just closed my eyes and pulled the trigger while bracing my body for the kick of the gun. You may notice that our kids aren't in the pictures that is because it was too cold and too loud for them.

Wow looks like you have been having lots of fun... Good job CJ I hope Brinlee will be that easy... Good ideas though. I can't believe Emma is already loosing teeth... she does seem to little. Madison is so artistic congratulations Madison! I hope my kids are as smart and willing to try new things like you. What a great example she is to her brother and sis. Emily next time you need to get someone to take a picture of you shooting a gun. I would love to see it. Anyway I hope everything continues to go great. Talk to you later.
hey, thanks for your comment, i'm sorry we didn't call you before we went down there. we weren't going to go until about wednesday before and then it was crazy figuring out all the arangements with the kids and getting my mom down here and i totally forgot to call you guys. i did ask joe to do it but i knew how far that would go. :) anyway, i think we should try again sometime and see if we can get together and go. we were thinking the whole time that it would have been even more fun if you guys were with us. maybe we can try to go to some games this summer too. Joe was talking about hitting a few games in LA and san diego so we'll see if that happens.
