So our boys are out freezing oh I mean Hunting (I got a text from Tom yesterday morning that said "it's snowing") I was sure they would be back by now, but I have yet to hear if they are still alive or if nature and the elements swallowed them up, anyway so the girls are playing. We have been having a great time without them. Last night we went to a boutique, the girls hadn't ever been and I don't think it was quite what they had pictured, but it was fun. After that they choose to go to a Chinese Resturant were they ordered grilled cheese and a hamburger. Then it was time to come home and watch a movie. We rented How to Train your Dragon, and we loved it. So this morning it was cold and cloudy and I thought what a perfect day to take some pictures. The girls weren't thrilled by they cooperated and I love how they turned out. Here are a few for your viewing pleasure...

Allie was way past ready for a nap. I think this is an expression of her thoughts on this activity.

Emma showing us her gummy smile. I am proud to report that her two bottom teeth have started to grow in so we just have to wait for the top two.

Madison is getting so grown up. I was shocked the other day when my grandma came to visit and noticed that Madison is almost as tall as her. Grandma is probably only 4'5" and shrinking everyday, but it is an accomplishment.

Sisters. These are the three most amazing girls I know and I am so blessed to call them Mine.

We hope our boys make it home soon, we sure do miss them when they are gone.

6 Months

Allie is 6 months old today. We decided to celebrate. Since it was rainy and freezing outside we decided to take some pictures indoors. I love the one above, the drool is a constant right now. I have to admit that I could do without all the soaked shirts but it is all part of being a baby.

We had 1/2 of a strawberry cake with 1/2 of a candle and sang happy half birthday.

Allie is such a daddy's girl, always has been, I am sure she always will be.

We decided to let her have just a taste... I think she liked it a little too much.
Happy Half Birthday Allie!

I have a CRUSH

on this cute boy. He was a good sport and let me practice taking some pictures of him (I am sure the bribery of sugar had nothing to do with it.) He was so cute and fun, I just love this kids to pieces

Maple Grove Field Trip

I can remember very vividly my 1st grade trip to Maple Grove as well as Madison's so now it was Emma's turn. She had so much fun and was sooo excited. She had her clothes all picked out and helped me pack my lunch, I am pretty sure she didn't get much sleep the night before. We had a great day. The leaves were just starting to change colors and the weather was perfect.

She looks so grown up, especially with all of her missing teeth.

She loved the animal skulls and coats.

Smoky the bear was also a highlight. This is most of her class and her teacher with Smoky. We learned about fire safety, animal habitats, and leaves. Yeah for field trips, we love them.
