She's 4!

Emma's Birthday Cake for her 4th Birthday! I can not believe that she is already 4!
Grandpa Jeff, Madison and Emma at her Birthday party with the Thalman Family. Emma was able to celebrate with Grandpa because his Birthday is on the 30th of December, and hers is on Jan. 1st.
This is her party with the Bogh Family. We made another cake and had another party on her birthday. She loved the horse that G and G Bogh gave her. It even helped her blow out the candles. What a fun Day!
I can not believe that she is already 4. The time goes by so fast! Right now she is still totally into horses and she is so good to entertain herself and play for hours at a time. She loves to go to pre-school and is learning a lot. She can now write her name and knows a large majority of the alphabet, we are still working on the sounds. Since the first of the year she has had me as her teacher in Sumbeams (along with 15 other 3 year olds) it has been very interesting and trying, but a good experience over all. I love that Emma is so happy most of time and is a great middle child. She is finally gaining some weight and most people can not tell that she has ever had any problems with her hips. So we are so happy and just keep hoping that it will stay that way. She has a Dr. appointment in March and we hope that she will get the metal plate and screws out of her leg. But we will see, take it one day at a time! Happy Birthday Emma, We LOVE you!

CARS

C.J. now loves the movie Cars. For Christmas A. Sarah and U. Joe gave him these two tiny cars Tween(McQueen) and Memer boy(Mater Boy). He also has Chick that G. and G. Bogh gave him for his Birthday. He takes all of them everywhere he goes. He also loves his McQueen Jammies and usually puts them on about 2:00 in the afternoon. It is so funny to see the stages that kids go through. I have no idea how long it will last, but no matter what time of day you come to our house Cars is usually on somewhere and C.J. is glued to it. I don't even want to know how many times he has watched it, it has been too many. We now all have it memorized!

Ladies Man!

I just had to put this picture up because it it so cute. You notice that C.J. is driving his 4-wheeler (this is what he got for Christmas and He LOVES it, although he calls it a truck) with all of the girls hanging on around him. There are his sisters and Madison's best friend Maddy. He drove the girls all around the basement it was too cute. I just can't wait until it's spring and we can take it outside, I am afraid we are going to have a lot of black scuffs on the baseboard before we get to that point!

2008!

WOW! I can't believe that it is 2008, where does the time go? Man that really made me sound old... Well I guess that it is time that our family got with the times and started out own blog. I have been meaning to do this for a long time now, so here it it TA DA. Anyway the real reason that I want to do this is so that I can remember all the things that I forget. Time goes by so fast and there are so many things things that I want to remember about my kids, but I never will unless I write it down. So really this is for me, because unfortunately I can't remember everything. I figure if I blog every week about our family and what we are doing then I will have a more permanent record of what our life is like. So here it is...
