We colored eggs per our easter tradition.  The kids took a little more time this year decorating and making them look just right.  It was really so fun.  I love that my kids like to spend time together.

We also found the most darling Easter Bunny at our house.

The Easter Bunny always visits our house on Saturday.  This year was no exception.

The chocolate bunnies are always a favorite.  

When Allie was opening her chocolate bunny it broke.  Without hesitation C.J. offered her his perfect bunny.  This boy never ceases to amaze me with his giving heart and loving spirit.  He would do anything for his sisters and and friends.  I am so blessed that he is my Son.

Since Jessa was born just a few days before Spring Break started for the kids we have been trying to think of easy things to do at home.  Sidewalk chalk is always a favorite.  Apparently Cardinal fans are not welcome in our driveway, at least according to Emma.

Allie has been obsessed with "popcorn" trees thing year. They really are so beautiful.  She always points them out wherever we go.

Baby Jessa just looking adorable as always  It still shocks me thats she looks so much like C.J. and Tom.  I guess I was just expecting her to look more like my other girls.  Aren't genetics so interesting.

Baby Watching

We have been doing a lot of baby watching around our house.

This baby of our sure does sleep a lot.  When her eyes are open and she is not eating everyone wants to see her eyes.  But soon enough she is fast asleep again.  But we still stare at her and why not?  She is such a darling baby!

and no one loves being a big sister more than our Allie,  she is totally smitten !

Jessa 1 month

I can't believe that this tiny love is one month old already. We are having so much fun with her in our family!

She still sleeps a lot and loves to be held.

C.J. waned this picture taken with her.  He seriously loves this baby so much.  If he is holding her and she cries I will ask if he want me to take her, he always says "no, i'm oaky". And he almost always is able to calm her down.  I have never seen her so relaxed as she has been in his arms.

She thinks that she need to grow up to fast though.  She is doing really well at holding her head up already.

Sweet baby Jessa

We have had so much fun with this sweet baby.  There is something special about having a newborn in your home.  They bring a peace and love that cannot be recreated by anything else.  That sweet spirit that is fresh from heaven reminds us of the things that are truly important in this life.  With family being right up there with what matters most, plus that new baby smell is to die for.  She has changed so much in just the first few weeks and is already getting so much bigger and stronger.  Everyone says that she looks so much like her dad and big brother, it is hard for me to tell all I know is that she is so beautiful and has rooted herself deep in my heart.  I love this baby girl forever.

 On April 10, 2014 at 3:03 A.M. we welcomed this beautiful baby girl into our family.

 Jessa Mae Bogh was born weighing 6 pounds 3 ounces and was 19 inches long.  We are all so in love with her and her amazingly sweet spirit.  She is meant to be apart of our family we are so blessed to have her.

 Although he really wanted a little brother he is smitten with his sweet sister and can't get enough of her.

 Oldest and youngest.  I couldn't' make it through a day without all of her help.  She is very protective of all of her siblings and is an amazing example to me.

 I think Emma gained a new toy when Jessa was born.  She to loves her 'other' little sister and is always willing to help.

 Allie was the one I was most worried about with the new baby.  In fact I almost didn't go to the hospital when I was in labor because she had been so sick, and how do you leave your baby when they are sick?  It's good I have a wonderful mother who came to my rescue when she did because less than 2 hours after arriving at the hospital Jessa was born.  I knew Allie was being taken care of and that made all the difference.  Allie has done so well she loves her baby sister so much. If you asker her the babies name she will tell you Sparkle and there is no changing her mind about it.

 We are so blessed that she is ours!

Allie's 4

I am still in shock that my baby girl is 4 years old!  She is so much fun we are so blessed to have her in our family.  She has been so excited for her birthday.  She wanted a sparkly dress and for her baby sister to come out.  She only got one of those things.

Pancakes with syrup to dip was her choice for breakfast.  She had preschool today and took chocolate chip cookies and "purple drinks"  kool-ade.  She was so excited to have her turn to celebrate her day.

Her siblings gave her this unicorn that walks and sings and she loves it so much.

Grandma and Grandpa Thalman came over to help us celebrate her special day.  We are so blessed to have them live so close to us.

She was so excited about her unicorn cake.  I seriously couldn't believe that we were adding 4 candles to the top of it.  Such a fun day for my special girl.
